Most of us dream for better future and many of us dream for a property...but can you really afford it? If you couldn't yet, Mamuka Areshidze says, soon you can't. Abkhazia's de facto government announced equality between Russian and Abkhazian buyers of abkhazian property, but this equality will be only by law. In reality, if you look bigger picture, this new legislature will create great inequality. It's all very simple. Imagine you and I, we both have right to buy property and it is same easy/difficult for both of us according a law. Now imagine, you have less or no money, while I can offer more. One may think, what I problem ... But imagine, where you live, no land belongs to you and you can only (if at all) get some job in field of taking care of property and wealth of others. It creates not only political, but also factual dependence. One can't criticise somebody on who's land he/she is employed. Wish Abkhazian's luck with this new legislature and hope my worries are in vain.
